I cannot believe the lack of support and documentation from Chucklefish on integrating Workshop mods onto a server. Any mod author that mentions their mod is 'server' side typically means only the server/host needs it installed for everyone to use the mod, though this is usually limited to more simple mods that change the interface, or add music.
